Acceptance of Terms

By accessing towerplazayoga.com or visiting the studio, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. The agreement applies to all visitors, members, and partners engaging with Tada' Yoga Studio programming and commerce.

1. Services

We provide yoga instruction, movement education, wellness events, and curated retail. Class availability, instructor lineups, and pricing may change seasonally. Updates appear on this site and via member email announcements.

2. Payments & Billing

Fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. Stripe processes all card transactions. If a payment method fails, we will request an updated card to maintain memberships or complete orders. Refunds follow the Policies & Procedures guidelines.

3. Liability

Participation in physical activities carries risk. By joining classes or events, you acknowledge that you are physically capable and release Tower Plaza Yoga and its instructors from liability, except where prohibited by Florida law.

4. Privacy

Your information is used to manage memberships, process transactions, and send updates. We do not sell customer data. Third-party partners (Supabase, Stripe, email providers) handle data under their own policies, aligned with industry standards.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including disruptive behavior, fraudulent activity, or misuse of digital services. Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Highlands County unless both parties agree to mediation or arbitration.
